13-09-91 In connection with the Laira open day on the 14th September, 60024 'Elizabeth Fry' became the first Class 60 to work the Falwey Tanks and became the first Class 60 to work into Devon. There was no return 6O79 emtpies from Tavistock that night, instead the train was piloted by 59102&59005 on the 15th with the 60 Dead in Train. 60024 is seen passing Cockwood Harbour (Photo: Colin J Marsden)

The Class 47 had picked up the Deltic and Peak at Exeter Riverside, the Fawley Tanks providing a good opertunity to move the locos to Plymouth! (Photo: Colin J Marsden)
